Rick Davis is currently the CEO and Founder of Rvision Scholastic Support Services and Scholastic Support Staff at Bridge Academy in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Gerontology with emphasis on Human Services from the State University of New York at Albany. Rick also completed the Mentoring Supervisor Certificate Program at Fordham University. After years of working as a Therapeutic Recreation Director with the elderly population suffering from Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Rick now works with at risk students. As a benefactor of mentoring that helped guide his teenage years, Rick understands how significant and vital it is for young people to have positive relationships with adults who can provide insight and support, as they navigate through their personal and academic life. Rick will bring a passion for young people to ManyMentors, that will inspire and encourage them to reach their highest potential.
Rick’s role is to oversee partnerships with other nonprofit organizations, schools, and corporations. Rick also defines the direction of the mentoring curriculum that guides the mentor/mentee relationships.
